HELLLLLPPPP!!!!! Just yesterday i learned how to download mods but this morning I watched this video:

and i thought the mods looked really cool but after i installed the mods minecraft said forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation the mods and versions listed below could not be found.I have tried everything to fix it i have cleared my downloads,Searched it on google, but NOTHINGS WORKING!!!!!Please help I really wanna download more mods.(BTW i have a mac).

If it says a forge version, it means you need to update forge, what version are you using?

I have 1.7.10.

You could try installing the latest verson of Forge 1.7.10
