Make sure you are running the exact same version (not just a version for the same Minecraft version, but the exact same version) of Pixelmon as the server. Someone else had a similar problem (forge itself was getting rejected instead of pixelmon however in their case), but it turned out the problem was caused by mismatched versions.

That is my error I tried restarting my client but it didn't update this problem!!!
