Is Blastcraft even 1.5.2? I searched it and it said it was for 1.2.5? Maybe thats also whats causing a problem

Where did you even get NEI 1.5.2.27? I don't know what the issue is but it just jumped out at me cause as far as I know, NEI is at 1.0.3.26. Where are you downloading your mods from?

Its basically me coping and pasting mods/coremods from the technic launcher, It worked fine for a bit until this crash happened! And yes IT WORKED!!!!! And I did this because the technic launcher does not work for me! Though this crash screws up my 1.7.10 forge and any other modded version.

Hmmm. Are you sure that whichever technic pack you used it actually 1.7.10 version and not just one of the earlier versions you're porting the mods from? Cause that would definitely crash you.

Also, if you're using java 8, downgrade to java 7 as there are issues with 8.

Sorry I was not clear, My technic version was 1.5.2 and I used 1.5.2 froge. When I switched out ALL the mods and added 1.7.10, using 1.7.10 forge mods i get the same crash report but with different mods. I am using java 7!

In every crash I've got there is always Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

Switching out mods and forge will not help you unless you're also using 1.7.10 version of the game which if you're just switching mods in and out and not using an actual 1.7.10 launcher technic version is pointless. If there is no 1.7.10 version of the modpack you're using, and you in essence want to create your own, you gotta instead install yourself the latest MC version off of mojang website. Run it once, then shut it down. Then after that install forge 1.7.10 (make sure MC is shut down for this), then start up MC from the default icon, and on the launcher hit Edit Profile button. On the top, make a new folder so that you have /.minecraft/1.7.10 as your path. Further down where it says what game version to use, uncheck snapshots and latest, and from the dropdown menu choose Forge-1.7.10 (xxxxx-some number here). On the bottom, make sure java is pointing to a java 7 and not java 8 version, hit save profile and run it once. It should now create a mod folder in /.minecraft/1.7.10/mod. Into this folder now put all your 1.7.10 mods. Choose that profile on the launcher in the bottom left, and hit play and you should be good.

I'm sorry but my not using 1.7.10.My problem is 1.5.2, Its me trying to provide information. What i'm going at is that i still get crashes is any version. I switched out the 1.6.4 mods for a 1.7.10 mod. I was seeing if the crash was cross versions. every forge version regardless of mods crashes!

If you're using 1.7.10 mod on a 1.5.2 or 1.6.4 version of the game, the game will crash every time, yes. You have to use forge meant for the same version of the game you're using, and all the mods also for only that version of the game.

If you mean, you switch the game to 1.7.10, and download and try out the 1.7.10 version of the mod on it, and it crashes, then you gotta take all the mods out and add them back in one by one and figure out which one is the issue.

But, if you're using a modpack and you have not added any mods of your own, you're best off asking tech support on their forum. All the major modpacks that come with their own launcher, have their own forum where you can ask questions about it because most bugs have been ironed out in those.

and not the latest version. As you can see from the chickenbones mods thread, others are having issues with 27 and 28 versions and downgrades are recommended until it's a little more stable. Always ask the author first as they'll have the best info:
