I cannot figure out how to resolve this issue. I spent over an hour online trying to update the drivers for my video card. It seems that they are actually up to date. Do I need to upgrade it entirely? If so, is this possible for free? I'm fairly computer illiterate. And poor. Hoping to resolve this problem for my daughter, without paying an arm and a leg...
