Hello there fellow minecraft-players!
I'm trying to play 1.8 now, and I do enjoy it a lot.
But sometimes, when I go in creative, this happens (see images)
Who know how this happens? I really have no idea.
if you do know, please anwser this!
Thanks you
No, vbo is intended to make it faster, not fix graphical issues. Some PCs can't use it properly.
This option is meant to unload areas of your world that you're not looking at such as caves while you're on the surface, it's why sometimes when you press F5 twice, your world is gone for a split second, and why you look at a wall and get 200+ fps it's adapting to your camera view and showing ONLY what you're able to see. VBO's are the cause of the graphical issue.
This is a bug from having it off, the game doesn't know what to show you and what not to show you, giving strange glitches, like in the images shown, looks like it's trying to take your point of view and show certain blocks and textures based on that view, but doesn't exactly know where you are or where you're looking.
Basically just fiddle with the option, I had the same exact issue until I turned VBO's on.
i have the same prob with my computer it just lodeing in the chunks try flying near it and it should fix itself if not then try turning all the vid settings lower

Well I had this until I turned vbo off. This issue would have been in all versions of Minecraft. One of our computers is strange. Unless the new render system changed it... Whatever, he needs to change is vbo setting.

I think this is known as chunk corruption or error (confused with both) This has happened to me once, I changed the version, Restarted the launcher, Put the version the error was happening and it was fixed. You can search for these. They are going to resemble some of your pictures especially the third one.

I fixed it by changing into a smaller render distance or close Minecraft completely (including the launcher) and relaunching it.
