Don't expect wonders from that machine, but the -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC JVM flag might help a bit - it'll offload some of the work of garbage collection from the main thread.
okay, thanks. i'll try that in the meantime.

Well, for now, the game's working fine, but it's the loading times that's the problem. It takes about more than half an hour to load my modpack to the main menu! I wish I could somehow speed it up or condense the files to make it load faster..

Then one of the mods is probably doing something during the loading that it shouldn't be doing. List the mods?
Could also be caused by your hard drive having slow read speeds. That can either be because the hard drive is cheap, or because it's dying, but that is unlikely, unless the laptop was dropped, thrown, hit by a car, etc.
If you've got enough RAM, try creating a RAM disk (google it) and install Minecraft to that, then run it from the RAM disk. 1GB would probably be enough for the RAM disk.

Well, I do have over 169 mods in my modpack currently within the testing phase, and I don't know if it's my hard drive.. maybe read the DxDiag i posted earlier. And I'll have to research on the RAM disk bit

Looks like a standard laptop drive to me. 5400 RPM, 8MB Cache. Not the best, not the worst.
If you've got 169 mods, then that's your problem. Post the startup log on here. One of the modders is probably a noob, and ran code during startup that didn't need to be run during startup. I'm a modder myself, so I may be able to help out.

Ah, and I don't exactly know which file is the startup log. In the Logs folder, I have 6 log files that can be read, 'fml-client-1', 'fml-client-2', 'fml-client-3', 'fml-client-latest', 'fml-junk-earlystartup', and 'latest'. Which one should I post here?
when it says that to me i just ignore it when i am playing on my lan server i give it 4gb of ram it works good (with mods my mod xD and a bit more)
I try to ignore it, but it's hard to ignore it when it lags a lot.. And 'with mods my mods and a bit more'? What?

It's saving because as you can see, he was pausing the game. Not a problem.
I already see several red flags with the mods that attempt to load missing textures. One that doesn't have proper grammar and spelling, and something causing the game to reload all of it's resources, including mods, so there's half of your startup time right there. Best thing you could start with, is identifying mods that have missing textures in that log, and attempt to load without them. If a modder doesn't know how to disable loading missing textures, then their mod is not worthy of using. Who knows what else they butcher coded...

True on that, and I didn't know that. Personally, I'm a bit busy so I can't do it,ThePhysician2000's furniture mod has some missing textures, same with Pandoras Box, Garden Stuff's containers, The Quarry upgardes, and other mods I didn't reconize at the time since I'm busy. Personally, if you want to help me on what mods caused it, be my guest and help me on iy if you want.
