I'm a mac lion user. I am first time Minecraft player, and I downloaded the mod Enchanted Oasis through Technic Launcher. Before it was crashing every few minutes. Thinking maybe it was a java problem and maybe I hadn't downloaded the latest java oracle like I had perceived, I made sure to download it. Now neither Enchanted Oasis or any of my other mods will open! I am not great at computers so I don't know where to start or if that was even the issue. Help!

I have java 8 should i delete it and get java 7? Also it runs through the info except always saying 0% and then looks like it will potentially open. However, it disappears and returns me back to the technic launcher screen.

getting java 7 did work thank you! It keeps crashing a little but i think its a forge problem aka i didn't even know what forge was or had it! Thank you again!
