Hello Im trying to download resource pack folder to my minecraft but when I go to options then resource pack and then open resource pack folder it says windows cannot find it. I tried to open it by pressing the windows button with R but it also says the same thing. At this point idk what to do I need help please.

create a folder and name it "resourcepacks"
Put your resource packs in it
Minecraft will recognise it (unless name is incorrect)
Seems like minecraft does not automatically create it anymore
