Soooo, im hoping this is the correct place to post this....
Anyway when i start up minecraft on my computer it immediently crashes, displaying the error message "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working' A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a soulution is available."'
The error message displayed on the mincraft launcher is as followed.

When i regress to an earlier version (1.7.10) it works just fine, loading up correctly as far as I can tell.
As far as i am aware i am updated to the newest version of Java, the version i have is Version 7 Update 67 (build 1.7.0_67-b01)
I dont think this is a specs problem, as minecraft has run fine until the 1.8 update.
