Hi all. I've seen a lot of old posts related to this. But I can't quite find the answer I'm looking for. I started getting chunk errors and did various things to fix them (I don't remember everything). The end result is that I'm not seeing giant holes to the void but they are filled with incorrect terrain. It seems to me that the seed value changed but I can't find the original seed. I've used the current seed to generate new worlds and it defiantly not the original. Whats interesting is that if I continue to explore the map the original value seems to be used to generate the newly revealed chunks. I verified this by using MCEdit to create chunks in a section next to parts that were explored after the seed value changed. Including screenshot. Also note that I did not have any backups until after this happened. At least as far as I can tell. Can anyone help me figure out what the original seed was? Seems like it might be "somewhere."
