I've just started trying out my skills in creative mode with command blocks and all the goodness of redstone and have come across something I'd like some help with. The thing I want to do is create a command block that allows me to be in survival while still capable of changing the code on all other command blocks. How should I go about this? (I know how to code in c++, Javascript, HTML5, css, blaa blaa blaa... just don't know where to put the "else if" statements if you know what I mean lol )

Hmm, do you mean that you want to edit command blocks anyway, even in survival mode? If so, your question will never get an answer. You can't even open command blocks' GUI anymore in survival...
