So i came back to playing minecraft, and it's been so long that the way mod installing works has changed, at least is what i think so...
I'ts too difficult for me and i can't understand what to actually do, cause before, you had to install ModLoader, Delete META-INF, etc.
Now i don't know, is there a pattern like that for all mods or every mod has something of it's own?
Can somebody please kind of like "break it down" for me?
Go to http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the installer for whatever version the mod calls for. run it and then go to %appdata% and find the mods folder. put the mod in the folder and play. if that dosent work try looking up videos on youtube.
Nothing to hardcore, i rally miss Timber, and i see that the altarnate for it now is TreeCapitator, and i wanna install it at leats, but i also wanna learn how to do bigger mods, etc, for me to modify as much as i can. And btw, mods like, Millenaire, Mo'Creatures, More creeps and weirdos still lives??
