I have reinstalled java and minecraft multiple times and nothing works, any help is greatly appreciated

no got none of them, any other things like that which may be causing it?

It unable to validate ssl certificate. You got any firewall installed in you PC or antivirua that might be blocking it?

i've tried with everything disabled

As it says, clearly, uninstall and reinstall java for start point.
