My daughter's (old) Apple laptop is having trouble running Minecraft. It was running fine, but now it crashes on startup. We get an error message saying there was an error while loading a resource pack. I clicked "Fix Problem," and it says "Unable to fit texture (I assume they mean "fix"). It says to open the file "Options.txt." I found that and opened it. It said to modify "Skin" to "Skin:default." The problem is... nothing in the options.txt file says "skin!"
So I'm at a loss. Where can I find "skin" to change it if it's not in the options.txt file?
My daughter says you can change the skin options once you're IN Minecraft, but we can't get into the program to do that.
Help! Thanks.
