I should add that, to the best of my ability, I've updated my video drivers. However, I don't know how to force my laptop to use its AMD card rather than the built-in Intel one (I'm not the most techincally savvy person, apologies if that didn't make sense). From what I've read, this is a common issue with Sony VAIO laptops.
Use Windows Update. You might need to set Windows Update to automatically download and install recommended updates.
Install software from the device manufacturer. For example, if your device came with a disc, that disc might contain software that installs a driver for the device.
If your on Mac, get a Apple Update.
