I can not use any mod all versions for the current version you use mods for 1.7.2 is the forge: 1.7.2-Forge10.12.2.1147 in the launcher log tells me this

Uninstall 1.8 Java, and get Java 1.7 for your bit version of Windows.

Yes, that is the link you need. However still be sure you uninstalled Java 1.8 before you installed 1.7.
