I would suggest that the problem is either bad memory (quite unlikely) or that you're using the wrong version of Java. You most likely have 32-bit Java, try downloading 64-bit and see if that fixes the issue.

Also, could you explain why this is happening briefly? I'm not very good with PCs.. XP
MC is phasing in some new Open GL requirements. At this point I think they are still optional, but the drivers you have claim to support the the OpenGL feature, so MC after 1.7.4 uses it. When MC uses them they crash because the driver has a bug in it.
Because Intel Series 4 chipsets are obsolete there are no further driver updates coming.

So I downloaded Minecraft yesturday and an Error keeps appearing.
I've tried re downloading Java and Minecraft, restarting, even asking friends for help and trying to trouble shoot it, but so far nothing happened
