I have the 1.8 minecraft slow walks me I have no idea because I tried the 1.7.10 I was well and fast.

from slow walk to update someone help me and prove me uninstalling
could help me?

Your FOV could be lowered, causing the illusion that you're walking slowly.

Try resetting the FOV to what it was before, and see if the issue still persists.
