I'm trying to connect to my server, i've tried everything, redownloaded forge and forgemodloader and i've reinstalled my mods and deleted my config files and the servers config files and i've tried everything but nothing will work please help, this happened on my gf's computer but it works now, i've tried her configs and mods but they dont work, please help,

I tried to make them identical, it still didnt work, i even moved the server config folder into my .minecraft folder and then i tried deleting my config folder and puting the server one in and it still didnt work
