Texture pack won't load up

So I've installed texture packs before and I'm 90% I did right, but this time it just wont load up when I choose it in game

I checked that it is infact the right version and such, kind of lost please help D:

Well it could just be the texture pack i have done the exact same thing but it still didn't work, Now is it a resource pack or a texture pack? cause some resource packs just don't work.

it's just a texture pack and I seriously doubt it'll be a problem of the texture pack cause it's sphax
