I try to use the testfor command in 1.8 so I can get a player to stand on a block, then teleport to were I want him to go

/testfor @p {-537 4 -485}

I type that in a command block and I get this:

[00:35:31] Data tag parsing failed: Unable to locate name/value separator for string: -537 4 -485

I need help, not sure if its 1.8 or just me
