Hello, I have been having a lot of trouble with running the game recently and have been receiving OpenGL Error Code 9 very frequently. I have first tried searching the internet for information about Error Code 9 but have failed to come up with anything, however I do know that it only seems to occur when the Shaders Mod and Optifine are running together. I just recently updated the Shaders Mod hoping it was a fixed issue, but I find that these crashes still occur.
The versions of Shaders Mod that I have mentioned are 2.3.21 for Non-Forge operation, as well as 2.3.20 when running Forge, Optifine is using version HD U A4. The version of Forge that is running is 10.13.0.1208 and I use a modded Minecraft 1.7.10 for Non-Forge gameplay which has both Optifine and the Shaders Mod installed.
I have shared an image of what this error looks like as well as a crash log in a spoiler for those who are willing to investigate and see which mod may be at fault, or if there is any way to stop the crashes from happening between the two. I will highly appreciate any help that resolves this issue and gets the game to work properly again.

Interesting, so it seems someone else is getting a similar issue to me, except mine happens when the two run together while yours run independently. Maybe the twitchsdk.dll is faulty?

I tried removing the uplink to the twitch files in the version's JSON so it doesn't load those libraries, the crashes seem to have reduced, but it seems I still suffer from the Curse of Error Code 9. I must say that it is a very irritating issue, especially when searching the internet doesn't show a solution.

I just did and you want to know what just happened? It crashed again!
Is anything going to fix these crashes? There is no sensible reason for why Minecraft must crash so frequently with Optifine and Shaders Mod installed when they are clearly said to be compatible with eachother. This is madness! I've tried running both mods without the other and they work fine, i tried running without both and they work fine, but the moment they get mixed into the same version, the crashes start.
Now if you also include the fact I have also recently started putting some of my Minecraft gameplay footage on Youtube, this is a very devastating blow to the hardcore series and other videos I am trying to film. I can't be recording gameplay with it crashing every single minute of my life, and if I record without Optifine, my FPS is terrible!

The versions of Shaders Mod that I have mentioned are 2.3.21 for Non-Forge operation, as well as 2.3.20 when running Forge, Optifine is using version HD U A4. The version of Forge that is running is 10.13.0.1208 and I use a modded Minecraft 1.7.10 for Non-Forge gameplay which has both Optifine and the Shaders Mod installed.
I have shared an image of what this error looks like as well as a crash log in a spoiler for those who are willing to investigate and see which mod may be at fault, or if there is any way to stop the crashes from happening between the two. I will highly appreciate any help that resolves this issue and gets the game to work properly again.

Interesting, so it seems someone else is getting a similar issue to me, except mine happens when the two run together while yours run independently. Maybe the twitchsdk.dll is faulty?

I just did and you want to know what just happened? It crashed again!
Is anything going to fix these crashes? There is no sensible reason for why Minecraft must crash so frequently with Optifine and Shaders Mod installed when they are clearly said to be compatible with eachother. This is madness! I've tried running both mods without the other and they work fine, i tried running without both and they work fine, but the moment they get mixed into the same version, the crashes start.
Now if you also include the fact I have also recently started putting some of my Minecraft gameplay footage on Youtube, this is a very devastating blow to the hardcore series and other videos I am trying to film. I can't be recording gameplay with it crashing every single minute of my life, and if I record without Optifine, my FPS is terrible!
