Whenever I try to start my game, It wont open. I open the launcher just fine and when I hit the play button, the game wont start, even after many minutes of waiting. So I check the logs in the .minecraft directory and I found this:

I am having the same problem. I can eventually get it to run 1.8 but only if I go and change the version I am running and then I am mod-less. Pretty new to all of this. Would love to figure out how to run all of the awesome mods we have AND 1.8.

I have noticed that Liteloader does not work with any of the new forges past 10.13.0.1208.

It seems that any forge of 10.13.1.1217 and higher does not recognize liteloader .

I like using liteloader because it is the only way I can use the cave maps. The Voltex maps made to work with forge have this part of the program turned off.

This Software is all new to me,as I am 68 yrs. young I am now up on all the new ways of texting. Thank you again.
P.s. Do I need to remove the old program?
