I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with logging in after the new Java update was installed.
I installed the new version of Java this morning, and I downloaded the 1.8 update two days ago. It was working fine the past few days, but now it's not letting me log in. My Internet is connected, and minecraft.net is letting me log in just fine. When I try to log in, it fails to connect to the Mojang servers.
(SocketException: Permission denied: connect)
I made sure Minecraft was not blocked, and yet it still will not let me log in. I restarted my computer just to make sure that the Internet wasn't the problem either.
Is anyone else having this problem?
