Is there a file called opengl32.dll in your system32? [If you have hidden file extensions then you won't see the '.dll' part
Just pull it from another Windows 7 32-bit OS?
Any thoughts on whether getting a new video card and trying that would work?
Once you get back to the intel driver crash a new graphics card would probably be a good thing.
