Hey guys! Bc here, I have a serious problem that has been preventing me from playing 1.6.4 minecraft for some time.
So, Basically, Every time i open ANY interface, whether it be a chest, the menu, the chat, or even clicking buttons on the main menu, i freeze for anywhere between 1 and 5 seconds, but otherwise i run at upwards of 200fps.
I am running on a custom built PC,
32GB of ram, 3.5ghz cpu, nvidia 660 TI with 4gb of video ram, running Windows 7 Ultimate using Java SE 7 U 67 64 bit
I allocate minecraft 4gb ram with 2gb permgen, but i have tried most other variations of ram.
i would REALLY appreciate this being fixed.
Thanks in advanced!

EDIT:
And i should mention that when i press shift f3, it determines that the tick is using a significant amount more when the freezing occurs.
EDIT 2:
These two images are from Java Flight Recorder, they may help you...
If you wish to see the full .jfr, please private message me, as it has sensitive information.
EDIT 3: I should note that this only occurs on game versions before 1.7 (ex: 1.6.4, 1.6.2, 1.6.0)
EDIT 4:
This appears in the console when the problem arises when using shift + f3

1. Does your minecraft crash after the freeze?
2. Are you using any mods?
3. In "Edit Profile" set Launcher Visibility to Keep Open, play minecraft until it freezes, then look into the launcher log for any errors (and post them here if you find any). If you use MultiMC, then the log should be either open or in tray.
