I've had this world downloaded for quite a while. (many months at least) There has never been any problems before but recently it won't open at all or it takes multiple tries (3+). I have not downloaded any mods whatsoever. The only thing I've done with this world is open it to lan so I can change my gamemode to creative. (I've never seen any players join the lan world and I didn't invite anyone either) When I try to open the world it just sits at the loading screen for a while then kicks me back out to the title screen! Is there something wrong with the world itself my laptop minecraft or what? I've tried other single player worlds and they work fine. (Most of them were also downloads from I believe the same site) Also Minecraft itself seems to be a bit unresponsive whenever I do get to play. Chunks take a long time to load. There's a big 16x16xInfinite hole in the ground. I get huge lag spikes. Pressure plates take a while to open doors. I use a Macbook Pro if that helps. Also it takes a while for Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher to quit. (Sometimes I need to use force quit on the launcher)
