So, I play minecraft for quite a while, I had a worse PC before and this one I have now, I was always able to play it perfectly fine on it's maxed settings (with no mods at all, 100% vanilla). But recently I can't play it at all, when I run the game it goes to 100~120 FPS which is the usual, but if I try to move, it goes to 5~10 and then back to 100~120 when I stop moving, I can no longer play minecraft because of that.
My computer isn't a top one, but it's still a decent one, I play most games maxed or on high settings, it's an AMD FX-6300 watercooled with 8GB of RAM and an AMD R9 270X OC Edition. I run Windows 8.1 Pro x64 with both Java x32 and x64 updated the drivers are updated too (AMD Catalyst 14.8 and both versions of Java downloaded yesterday while I was trying to solve the problem).
It is weird, this computer was running Minecraft perfectly and all of sudden it can no longer do it, it's even worse that it can play BF4 on ultra with 60+ FPS and some other pretty heavy games too.. I searched on Google that some people happen to have issues with AMD cards latelly, some with 270X and some even with the 290X which is way more powerful than my own, but I was not able to locate any solution..
I am posting this to ask if there's more people here having similar issues and if there's something I can do about it? I think it might be a driver problem, but I wanna be sure before I actually revert it to a older one.

Minecraft being poorly optimized is the issue. I have a computer that can run everything on max settings and still get only 70 frames on max setting. This also happens to where where If I move it goes down to around 10 FPS. It's because of the really bad chunk loading. This is based off my experiences so I can't tell you for sure
Do you think it might be something with this last update? I've never had issues like this before, I was always able to play MC pretty nice, it's a recent issue for me.

Another reason is because of 1.7.10, In 1.7.10 forge and vanilla have chunk loading issues that I cannot explain which is probably another issue with your lag
