So I wanted to download Minecraft onto a different computer because my old computer is too slow to run it. So I downloaded it and didn't put it in the Applications folder (That's part of the question. Do I have to put it in the applications folder? In the past I could run it without doing that.) Now when I run it I get this readout:

This computer has a firewall and is also running FileVault. Can I not run it with the current privacy settings, and what is the Bootstrap error?
