I followed a tutorial on installing the Copius Dogs Mod, and the recommended version of Forge. When I went to start the launcher, I got a black screen but could still hear the music playing. Then nothing -- black screen with music in background. I'm attaching the crash log. Further, I tried to go back to my last world prior to the install, and have no idea of how to get back to my last world where I was! When it crashed, it asked if I wanted to "backup" before proceeding. I clicked YES.

I have no idea how to get it back to the way it was and get to the worlds that were previously saved. How can I? Here is the crash log:
