I download the minecraft forge installer for 1.7.10, I run the profile given, and I just get this error

Ah, Thanks! I reinstalled java its all good now!

Edit: well now my mincraft is constantly running out of memory, and crashing alot after installing java 7

Minecraft has ran out of memory page.

My graphics card was not up to date, im going to see if this fixes it, not sure what you mean by try:

-Dforge.forceNoStencil=true

Not helping, it happens when I load lots of chunks at once, or when I try to load a texture pack. the JVM Argument I think helped with the minecraft has ran out of memory problem witch is nice but the game crashes when I load big things, I run at least 100 FPS not sure whats wrong. I might know why this maybe starting, I restarted my computer and I could not even run minecraft. I reinstalled java completely and minecraft started to work again, but now I get these crashes all the time!

it seems to be fixed, im not getting any crashes if I have any more problems ill post it.

For Java 8u20, if you get the new minecraft forge 10.13.1.1214, it will work
