I Get 38 FPS Top IN Mutiplayer!!

ON Flatworld single player I get 40/65 FPS tops..

How Can I Increase Both (mostly mutiplayer to 100+ FPS

40/65 fps is great and anything above your monitor refresh rate (usually 60) will do no better; it will actually be worse, you'd have screen tearing.

If you want more fps OptiFine is all you can do.

I'm using optifine

I have a good computer i purchased last week, to play minecraft in more than 30 FPS and i habe so many lag spikes, i know you can use optifine and ive already got a gamebooster and set the priority of JAVA to high im running on windows 7 please tell me there is a fix to this madness. THANK YOu

Monitor: Samsung 27" 950D - 120Hz

I also had FPS issues and could not figgure out why. With a 64x texture pack i was only getting 30-40 fps.
So this is what i did;
Updated Display Drivers
Installed Java 8 x64
Ran CC Cleaner P+ to empty any caches and fix registry errors.
After Installing Java 8 x64 i entered these JVM Arguments; -XX:MaxPermSize=1024m -Xmx4G -Xms1G

Now im running on 70 - 100 FPS with the same texture pack as before.
