So, I have 20 minecraft mods installed (including OptiFine) and I have 3G of ram allocated for minecraft and Java out of my 6G computer, but no matter what I do, the regular framerate I get is 8fps when I'm walking around and 14 while I'm standing still. I can get somewhere around 20 or 30fps when I look at the ground, but you can't parkour, pvp, build, or just kill some zombies while looking at the ground!! When I try recording, I only get around 2fps so I'm not even going to try that anymore. Can anyone help me with this? Any response will be helpful!

You don't need 3Gbs of RAM for minecraft with only 20 mods, 2 is max for around 100 mods. The more RAM you allocate, the harder your CPU needs to work. Also do you have 64x java? and you should refresh your entire minecraft folder and reinstall minecraft to see if that works. Don't use JAVA 8 because it's not fully compatible
