I have enough memory to spare an extra 3-4 gigabytes from the default 1 that is allocated to Minecraft. How much is the most Minecraft with Optifine and an x128 Texture Pack would use?
Minecraft can use any amount you set depending on how many mods your trying to load. If what you listed above if all you have than 2 gigs should be fine, as far as rams concerned at least.
