In case my title was a bit confusing, basically Minecraft will say "Not responding" but like if I was on a server or something, the chat will still be going with people talking, mobs will keep walking, but it'll say "Not responding." This only happens if I minimize it. I'm running 64 bit Java on 64 bit Windows.
This is a recent problem, haven't had it before 1.7.10 but downgrading doesn't help.
It's AMD. I just recently updated my drivers to the latest version, so I don't think that should be the problem either. Java is also the latest version.
The solution I used was to exit out from AMD Gaming Evolved / Raptr. So far no issues, and it's been 10 minutes or so which is good. Sorry for the waste of time, thanks for helping me out!
