I'm fairly new to minecraft, been playing about 2 weeks. I am using 1.7.10 with XRay mod.
I have had no problems until about 3-4 days ago, after creating a mob spawner 144 blocks above the ground, having it not work, and abandoning it.. I then went to one of my natural mob spawner traps, and added an automatic collection system, that uses hoppers to move the collected items to a mine cart moving system, shortly after finishing the minecart system, and then trying to clear the nearby caves, that seemed to mess with the spawn rate, all of a sudden everytime i load my world, it freezes, and i get Warnings in the Development console. "Warning: Clientside chunk ticking took 8723 ms", the time varies from 300-10,000 ms.
I have tested to see if it is mod related and it is not. Using the unmodded version does the same thing. IF i use MCEdit, and move the player over to another chunk, i can play for a little bit, but as soon as i go to either my house, or the mob spawner with the automatic collection system, it freezes up again, and will do so until the player is move with MCEdit again.
I also created a new world, with the same seed, that seemed to create a whole new world, not like my original at all, might have typed a number wrong, but this world does not freeze at all.
I would hate to start over fresh, even though the new world does have a nice mountain to make a home in, i mean i created a lot of things on the main world. Tree farm, 2 natural mob spawners, and an intricate cave exploration. MY house is built on top of a cave, that i use to feed a mob trap built into the house.
One thing that could have caused the issue, if it was not the sky high mob spawner, is that i used the give command to give myself a command block, which says it can only be used in creative with op.
I can upload the world file, if anyone would like to take a look and see if they can figure out the problem with it.
