So I was playing Minecraft 1.7.10 yesterday, and my friends wanted me to go on a server that required a certain mod. I didn't know how download mods at the time, (I'm a redstone guy) and I looked up how to. Some website said to insert a folder into my .minecraft folder thats called "mods", and put the mod in it. I did just that, and when I opened the game, it crashed. I tried it again, and it crashed once more. Then, I deleted the folder and tried playing Minecraft again, and it worked. But, when I went into single player I saw that none of my previously saved worlds were there. I checked my saves folder in .minecraft and noticed that all my previous saved worlds were in that folder. And the strange thing is, when ever I create a new world, it always displays the world when I go back into Minecraft, but doesn't display in the saves folder in .minecraft. And I noticed this morning, that now whenever I go into Minecraft, it launches in 1.5.2 instead of 1.7.10. Please help!
You need to install Minecraft Forge. Minecraft Forge is a Mod API which is required for most every mod to run. Some mods require more APIs like OpenBlocks for example, you need OpenModsLib to run OpenBlocks as well as Minecraft Forge. I have no experience with Pixelmon so I hope that this post helped you.

I used the Pixelmon-1.7.10-3.2-Beta.jar mod
So my question is, how do I get my worlds back??
