Hello,

Let me first start with saying sorry if this is the wrong place to post this problem.

I have started to receive the error of " java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: ". I started going through what i could find online to fix the problem but could not find anything that worked. (Firewall exceptions, latest java, ...). So i thought what would happen if i just tried to join another server.... So i tried connecting to CathalCraft and it worked just fine.... I am at this point confused and dont know what steps i should take from here.

I don't think there is anything we can use. The support network sucks. I'm kind of pissed I'm paying for this service.

Yeah, I've been getting the same error for the last hour.

Well, just a heads up, i'm getting this same exception. it's on all computers in my home, and i have friend seeing the same exception. it doesn't appear to be affecting everyone though. i was just on the community help chat and most of the people there aren't seeing it.

maybe it is only in select areas. Oh well let's just keep trying.

Not in my experience...this is the first time since I started playing realms that I've encountered this.

EDUT: Just tried and got in, so looks like it's coming back

Still down as well. Also tried connecting via VPN from a number of other countries (Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, etc.) with no luck. Hmm.

So it is not only me.

My heart sunk when I couldn't connect. Went all over the internet for the solution, tried several, but none of them worked.

So it is just waiting for Realms to be fixed?

I've emailed support. so yeah, just wait to see when it gets fixed. Tonight was a sad night

i'm also having this problem i thought i was the only one left alone to deal with this problem ) :

Me too. Weird thing is, I pm'd a friend on Facebook who plays on the same realm... she's got no issues, and she lives across town & uses the same internet provider. I'm still unable to connect though.

It's working for me now.

I've got the same problem. This was the first thing I could find in regards to the topic. It was odd, I logged in fine then I logged out, downloaded a skin and couldn't log back in. Same error message as you. I also e mailed support but apparently they are 8 days behind on answering e mails. I'm pretty pissed. If anyone hears about how to fix it please post on here.

In my case was just waiting for them to solve it.
