I'm having an issue where Minecraft is plagued by a persistent microstutter (the game runs choppily despite a constant 120 FPS) and severe screen tearing. Enabling vsynch doesn't seem to help at all. Any ideas on how to fix it?
My GPU is an AMD 7970m, my CPU an i7 3720QM.
