Hi

Whenever I create or go on an existing world, Minecraft unexpectedly crashes

Mods used are an image attached

Treecapitor 1.7.2 also works on 1.7.10 (for me) without any crashes

Some mods are not the right version to the one you are using. You have some 1.7.10 mods and some 1.7.2 mods. Make sure they are all the same.
