I had no problem playing Minecraft on my new PC Laptop until about a month ago, After playing the game for about 1 minute, it would crash and my laptop would go to safe mode. When I ran minecraft in safe-mode, it still crashed. Windows showed error was blue screen. Minecraft Crash Help said "pixel format not accelerated" and suggested I check my graphics drivers. I made sure all of my drivers were up-to-date. Same problem. I went through the process of updating Java. Same problem. I uninstalled then reinstalled Minecraft. Same problem. After each crash, when my computer went into safe-mode, I noticed my audio and internet were off. Somehow I was able to re-connect to the internet, but the audio was still off. I ran the audio troubleshooter and it said 1 or more of my audio devices wasn't running, but it couldn't give me any more information; for example, under Manufacturer Name it said n/a. I've already taken my laptop to PC Laptops and they looked at it and said they fixed it and that it had been a RAM problem. But the same thing keeps happening. Help!
It seems that you may have gotten a massive virus and I don't think there is much you can do to fix it except maybe wiping your entire hard drive but that isn't exactly a good solution.
