for some reason i can't run/sprint in minecraft anymore. I'm not hungry or need to eat because even when my hunger is all the way full i still can't run and idk why!? i could run perfectly fine 2 days ago but now i can't run on multiplayer servers or just regular single player? i just can't run/sprint!!?
p.s. i am so confused you can't run minecraft, or you can't sprint

If it fixes it, congrats!
If it hasn't, continue...
Step 3: Is your Minecraft just lagging?
If "Yes", that may be your problem, friend.
if "No", continue...
Step 4: Reinstall Minecraft.
If that worked, have fun Minecrafting!
