Upgraded from 1.7.2 to 1.7.10 and now get the following error when connecting to a world opened to LAN from another pc on the same LAN when playing in offline mode (this LAN is not connected to the internet).
Error: Failed to login: The authentication are currently down for maintenance
Originally discovered this after updating a modded world in Technic Launcher from 1.7.2 to 1.7.10. Then tried just a vanilla world from Minecraft launcher. Version 1.7.2 allows the connection. Version 1.7.10 does not.
I saw on a different thread that someone running a server had similar issue and set online-mode to false in server.properties. Since this is not a server, how do you achieve the same result?
