Ok so i looked everywhere on the internet for a fix and nothing,
But i did find a thread on here but no reply's ): The same thing goes for me Even have a brand new computer.

I haven't played minecraft in a long time, but decided to play it again today seeing as how I just got my new laptop which shouldn't have so much lag issues.
I installed the launcher and had to install Java as well (today) so they should be the newest versions of both. The game loads fine, I'm not getting any error messages or crashing, but the game is completely unplayable.
It's hard to describe, but it's like my touchpad's sensitivity is turned up to 9,000. The slightest attempt to look around has the camera view jumping all over the place.
The keypad controls work fine, and the game doesn't seem stuttery or laggy as long as I'm not trying to look around. But the second I touch the touchpad it gets all twitchy and the view starts jumping all over the place.
Any ideas? And before you ask, my graphics drivers are up to date and I've tried messing with the minecraft settings, nothing seems to work.
