Just outside of spawn there is are a few massive pieces of land that are extremely laggy and unbearable

I've looked around and there are no massive amount of entities in the areas

I have not built any redstone or anything in these areas and its almost exactly the same as it was when it was created

Please help, Ive had this world for a long time and don't want to make a new one
