-Intel i7 4700k

-8 GB RAM
-1000x PSU.
-Minecraft version 1.7.10
Do you know How I could make it so that shaders plays normally on my PC without decreasing settings too drastically?

Smash your 770 and get a 780 ( or ti)

Optimize for performance in Nvidia Control Panel
Try running shaders again.
It worked on my 780
