last night I updated java to java 7 67, when ever I tried to load up minecraft it takes like 3 minutes just to load up the launcher and when I connect to a server I get like 60 fps but a lot lag spikes.

I tried to reinstall java and I tried to redownload my last version but it still acted like that soo I just went back to the latest version of java.

I can play any other game which doesn't need java like space engineers, tomb raider and battlefield 4

Please I really need help because I want to play with my friends on minecraft again.



I used Norton 360, Malwarebytes anti-rootkit eata, and I used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

They found nothing.

I tried to roll back my computer before I got the update but it still didn't work

I just tried to run java 6 update 45 but it still doesn't work:(

I am now thinking is it java?

When you updated Java did you accidentally switch from 64bit Java to 32bit Java? On a 64bit computer you'll generally get better results with 64bit Java. The website doesn't generally offer you a link to install 64bit Java because it sees you using a 32bit browser.

TO get the 64bit version, look for the 'all versions' link at java.com

when I updated I downloaded the 64 but from the website.

I been seeing people been having a hard time with the new java update and I can't fix it too.

I found out that it wasn't java it was just happened when I updated it it was Malwarebytes anti-exploit blocking java or something

sorry if you java isn't working for you but yea it wasn't java at all

sooooo if you have that program delete it.
