I recently installing Minecraft 1.7.10 so when I was in the Mojang screen it started to freeze for like 2 minutes so I just tried ending the process in Task Manager and got the "not responding" prompt so I just clicked "end now" and it closed. After I tried to reopen Minecraft it would open the java console load up a couple lines of code then just crash and it would give me a .txt error afterwards. I completely deleted my .minecraft folder and redownloaded a Minecraft.exe but it still wouldn't properly startup. The .txt error it gave me was http://pastebin.com/tJrSha1j
