Of course I've attempt to update my drivers and I've attempted to do other things that I've found to fix this options. Including turning the drivers off and back on again, and uninstalling and reinstalling. It might be the curse of Windows 8 but maybe you guys can fix it with me/

You are running Microsoft drivers on an Intel Mobile 4 series chipset. There are several problems with this... Firstly, Microsoft drivers may be newer, but they dont support OpenGL or Minecraft. Secondly, the Intel Mobile series 4 chipset is unsupported under Windows 8 and needs custom drivers in order to work properly.
