So I have been playing on my survival world for awhile now, and I created a skeleton mob grinder/exp farm.
When I activated the farm, I afked for about 30ish minutes and came back to what seems like 700 arrows shot in a stone block (The skeletons were attempting to shoot me, but the block was blocking them).
Whenever I am looking at the generall direction of the arrows, I lag terribly. Since this is near my house I cant simply walk away.
My question is, are there any ways to get rid of these arrows?
I thought arrows were suspose to despawn 1-5 minutes but they wont disappear.
Things I have tried:
- Waiting for 30+ Minutes
- Walking far away and coming back
- Restarting Minecraft
- Tried diffrent versions of minecraft
You could switch to snapshots, use /kill @e[type=Arrow], and switch back, BUT there is a glitch/bug/thing that if you load your world in snapshots and then back down to an older version, all your items disappear.
You could try MCedit...
Or, you can load your world in a bukkit server with essentials plugin, use /killall arrow, then put the world back. But because of the way bukkit works you would need to remerge the nether and end dimensions back into one folder.
